Teaching Philosophy

Our coaching staff is dedication to the safe growth and development of teaching gymnastics. Our view of having fun is to inspire learning and achieving in a positive, challenging, and competitive environment. Our main emphasis is on strength training and conditioning, which is a vital part of safety and success in this sport. More importantly, through the gymnast coach relationship, the gymnasts learn how to focus and concentrate, while developing personal friendships and team camaraderie. We believe through competitive preparation and experiences, gymnasts develop lifelong benefits that include self-motivation, greater self-esteem, goal setting, organization, an overall strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Competitive Team Program

To make that dream come alive the gymnast, parents and coaches must function as a TEAM.

Team for our purpose means:
Together
Everyone
Achieves
More!

It is our desire that the real life skills each child learns through their competitive experience with us will last a lifetime and carry over into every aspect of their lives outside the gym. Some of the skills we hope to achieve include trust and independence, the determination to succeed, time management, strength, balance, flexibility, teamwork, an unselfish attitude, helpfulness, and a health respect for “plain old-fashioned hard work” which seems to be lacking in many young people today. For any team program to be successful in building the qualities mentioned above, commitment and dedication are necessary ingredients.
