Pre School Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a challenging sport that helps enhance a child's growth.
Motor development and socialization skills are acquired through songs, games, obstacle
courses and drills. By learning basic gymnastics skills a child will
develop strength, balance and agility while building confidence in their
strengths and weaknesses. Beginning preschool classes are coed and begin
at the age of 18 months. After the age of 3-4, boys and girls are
separated and gymnasts advance by skill achievement..
Recreational Gymnastics
There are 7 progressional levels in the girls recreation program and 4 in the
boys program. It can take anywhere from 1 to 4 sessions to advance to the
next level depending on the speed of skill achievement. Classes range from
1 1/2 hours to 2 1/2 hours and are divided into two age groups, 6-8year old and
9-13 year old. All new students must start in L1A unless evaluated and
recommended to a higher level. In the girls program, once a gymnast advances to
Level 3, they are eligible for the Dyno Nitros training program.
Tumbling and Trampoline
For gymnasts or cheerleaders, NGC offers a beginner to advanced classes in
tumbling and trampoline for ages 6 and up. As a primary class or in addition to
your regular gymnastics classes this is a fun and exciting way to get
airborne.
High School
For high school gymnasts outside of season, NGC also offers a class that is
specifically for them. Taught by an instructor familiar with high school rules
and routine development, this class can help you stay in shape outside of season
as well as assist you in gaining new skills.
Play Groups and Youth Groups - Need a Place to Play?
Come to Naperville Gymnastics Club and enjoy 2 full size in ground trampolines (w/ a bungee belt), a tumbling tramp, 2 loose foam pits, 8 resi pits, 2 ropes, 2 spring floors, a climbing wall, bars, beams,mats, and tons of fun!!! All ages welcome. Children under 5 years of age need parental supervision.

Enrollment Information
NGC offers classes in a 10 week session. You may enroll up to the fifth week of each session.
Classes missed will be prorated.

Save $10.00 on each class, when you register on-line in the beginning of each session. Once enrolled, you're child is allowed one pre-arranged make-up per class, or one open gym pass, per session.
