This Program combines the climbing & DARING, excitement of our *Adventure Ed Classes with the skills involved in TUMBLING or GYMNASTICS along with lots of strength, cardio work & fitness!
ALL NINJA CLASSES FOR AGE 7 & up include ROCK WALL CLIMBING, ROTATING TREADWALL & maneuvering our HIGH ROPES COURSE where kids repel down from 30′ in the air-LIKE A NINJA!
WE’VE GOT NINJA WARRIOR CLASSES FOR BOYS & GIRLS OF EVERY ABILITY LEVEL (AGES 3-18)
Placement in classes (in levels 1-5) are determined by age & ability. Students have an option to train in 1 or 1.5 hour classes.
Mini Ninja’s for kids 3-5 yrs old & Lil’ Ninja’s 1 & 2 for kids age 4-6!
Classes encompass MANY aspects of physical fitness needed to learn to flip and twist with agility and ease!
Upper body and core work is trained in every class in a fun and challenging environment!
Class curriculum includes: Obstacle course training (for strength, reflex reactions and agility.) Ninja training (for “parkour” style flips, rolls, vaults) tumbling, rock wall & even our high ropes course!
NEW APPARATUS / NINJA CHALLENGE EQUIPMENT ADDED EVERY SESSION!
Flying Nun Chucks, Cargo Net, Salmon Ladder, Cliff Hanger, Peg Board, Rope Junction & Floating Board

Early Bird Discounts are offered approximately 2/3 of the way through a session- many times the week prior to but generally the week your student will receive their PRE-EVALUATION FORM. The “slip” will let you know which Level to register your aspiring Ninja for the next session. Ninja Levels range from “Ninja 1” through “Ninja 4.” Class advancement will be based on a number of a factors & criteria achieved at that point of the session. In the final week of the session instructors will outline your child’s progress on their FINAL EVALUATION FORM, noting the areas where they can improve & challenges/skills accomplished in the session. Progression of skills, ability to maneuver the “obstacles” and “courses worked on throughout the session as well as their strength, listening skills and agility will determine their level for the next session.

~Ninja Warriors training focuses on safety, responsibility, overcoming fear & self-improvement. It discourages reckless behavior, lack of discipline or attention and/or showing off.
