Movements, such as fast paced obstacle courses in Ninja, lay down new nerve pathways, training the body and brain to communicate more efficiently and to have a coordinated effort in movement as well as everyday tasks.

A Note to Parents as you make the decision to start your kids in NINJA WARRIORS or MINI NINJAS: All youth classes are for ages 3-15 and are based on a curriculum that takes into account the abilities and age of each child. While each child progresses through curriculum he/she will be challenged in some form or fashion. It may appear that these challenges are “risky/scary/dangerous” In reality, there is a progression in the curriculum wherein the kids not only learn the techniques but also apply them in a particular progression limiting the risk. Ninja can be dangerous if not practiced in a safe manner. At NGC, your child’s safety is important to us. If there is a time when you feel you need to speak with us please do so before or after the class if the ability is there, however when it is not- please contact your students instructor through the front desk (630)416-7114 or via email to ngcfrontdesk@aol.com. This will allow our instructor the ability to give you his/her undivided attention and address any concerns, or questions you may have. By interrupting the instructor, or delaying the beginning of the class, he/she cannot address your questions to the best of their ability, start or continue to teach the class & keep the kids safe.
